Within in the week of its release Buzz creates history with more users than expected, every one uses their gmail to connect and to follow their friends activities, that's a quick move from Google Buzz team to interact with more people.
 Here are the 5 Tips from gmail blog to get started.

  • Format your post like you did in gmail
  • View a summary of your Buzz activity at Google dashboard( http://www.google.com/dashboard ) as it provide the summary associated with your Google account. it also provides your Buzz activities, you can also adjust your Buzz setting right from your Dashboard .
  • You can use @ to directly send a message to your friends inbox, just enter @ and your friends name and select a desired name from the list - type your message or comment then post it, only the name appears to others to protect your friends email address.
  • Keyboard shortcuts: Turn on keyboard shortcuts from Settings, and use "j" or "n" to scroll down the buzz tab, "k" or "p" to go back up, "r" to comment (same shortcut as reply in Gmail), and "shift + l" to like, and 'm' to mute the post -
  • You can also mute your posts to prevent message to your inbox from comments of your posts and comments after your comment by selecting arrow key in right corner of your buzz post and 'Mute this post'.
