SyNAPSE - A Cognitive computing Project

SyNAPSE (Systems of Neuromorphic Adaptive Plastic Scalable Electronics) is a cognitive computing project by IBM researchers. It is all about the computers which think themselves and learn from the fast experience just like human brain.
This is made possible by combining the basic principles of Neuroscience, Super computing and Nano-science using advanced algorithms and silicon circuitry.
