Extensions and Bookmark sync. features are now available with Chrome, previously these are available to beta version of chrome only. From 25th Jan onwards these are available to the standard version of Chrome. These  Extension s lets you add more functionalities to your browser like adding Social network buttons, Online shoping, news sources and other stuff. There are over 1500 extensions are available for you at extension gallery . On visiting the  extension gallery  it will warn you to choose the standard version of Chrome if you are using the beta version. Bookmark sync will be useful to you if you have one or more PC's or laptops( most of the people worked on several computers and on laptops in Office or at home) this feature is very very usefull in such cases. Google Voice is know available in chrome,  install the Voice extension from Chrome Extensions page and enjoy calling from your browser. Note that this extension works with the Beta Version of Chrome, if you don't know which version you are using don't worry the above  Chrome Extensions  page will guide you to install the extension.

Tweeting from Gmail & Gtalk is the useful option for all the twitter users. Follow these steps to enable this feature in Gmail. Click the Labs icon located at the top right corner of your Gmail account.( or goto settings and then Labs in the menu bar.)  Enable the A dd a ny Gadget by URL (located at the bottom of the listed stuff) and click on Save Changes.
