You can connect your Facebook account to Skype by clicking the Facebook Tab beside the Skype home tab.
and enter your Facebook account details. And allow Skype to access your Facebook account. That's it Just all the Facebook friends imported to Skype and available to you at Facebook tab. Just move the mouse pointer on to the friends name to call him.
